Mandatory disclosures completed (publisher, host, personal data). Detailed pricing and cancellation terms appear on each quote. EVTC number to be added once provided; review by legal counsel recommended.
Data collected
Contact details and journey information provided when making a booking request, used solely to handle the journey.
Retention
Data relating to a journey is kept for the time needed to handle it, then archived in line with accounting obligations (ten years for accounting records). Requests left without follow-up are deleted no later than three years after the last contact.

Subcontracting
No data is ever resold. Hosting is provided by netcup GmbH (Germany, European Union). The site loads Google Fonts and Unsplash images, which therefore receive the visitor IP address.
