Purpose
These terms govern the chauffeur-driven passenger transport services (EVTC) operated by Paris Exclusive Car.
Booking
Every request is confirmed by our team. No payment is taken at the time of the online request.
Rates
Services are quoted individually, before the journey, based on the service, vehicle, distance and duration. The amount is confirmed in writing before the booking is validated. No payment is taken when the online request is submitted.
Cancellation
Any cancellation must be reported to our 24/7 desk as soon as possible, by phone or in writing. The cancellation window and any applicable fees are stated on the quote accepted before the journey.
